Off limits non-activation of Mount Yoncalla near Drain, OR by NS7P

I tried to activate this summit on December 30, 2016.  It wasn't to be.

The road to this summit passes through a number of signs indicating that this is private property with no unauthorized entry. A mailbox has a registry with a sign instructing those entering to sign in. I was a bit uncertain about the feasibility of signing in and then entering, so I entered and followed the road for about a mile before I reached a gate that indicated it could be locked at any time. Although it was opened, I decided that discretion was warranted, turned around and left as I had come in.

So, W7O/CC-060 will be listed as off limits for now.
